Terms & Conditions

  1. Access to the conference will be granted only upon confirmation of full payment, whether made via electronic transfer, credit card or on-site payment.
  2. Delegates may register on-site. Thus, any outstanding registration fees must be settled at that time, with payment accepted via credit card.
  3. If you choose the ‘EFT’ payment option, an invoice with the conference bank details will be emailed to you along with your confirmation email.
  4. Proof of payment to be emailed to Lea Patience at lea@soafrica.com
  5. Please make sure that all payments make clear reference to the delegate being paid for, with their unique invoice number that is found in the top right corner of the invoice.
  6. Registrations are only transferable to delegates who have not yet registered.
  7. Delegates attending from countries outside South Africa are requested to make payment in South African Rands (ZAR) and are responsible for covering the full bank charges.

Cancellation of Registration

  1. All cancellations can be made to this registration at this stage.
  2. No refunds will be issued.
  3. Refunds due will only be issued two weeks post the conference.
